Some parts of Tachikoma were marked due to rubbing when using the device. Can it be returned under warranty for repair?

If parts of Tachikoma are marked due to rubbing when using the device, it will not be eligible for repair and replacement because those marks can not be avoided due to the nature of the product.

Please contact our support team (support-global@cerevo.com) if the device is damaged when you open the product for the first time.
